Power Rankings Week 12

Rankings change throughout the year. Teams go up and down, new teams come in and old teams get knocked out. But there’s one constant in Indiana high school basketball, and pretty much has been the last 3 years; the Fishers Tigers are #1. They’re not unbeatable as Jeffersonville proved last March and the Tigers have had some close calls this year, but it’s a safe bet each and every week that Fishers will be #1 until proven otherwise. Throw a couple teams in the mix that could arguably be ranked #2 and then it becomes all a matter of opinion. Some rankings seem more accurate than others but they’re all just an opinion written online or wherever. We’re getting closer to when the games really matter and when seasons are on the line and rankings don’t matter. Let’s take a look at where I see things after a fun Week 12.
