It’s week 2 of our player rankings and we’re going to take a look at the top 30 small forwards/ wings in the class of 2027. This position was somewhat difficult this year with the ’27 class at the 3 spot. Some years there is a clear #1 or top 5 but you could really make an argument for just about any number of wing players. Last year Nick Shrewsberry, Edwin Holmes, Dorion Bowen, and Keaton Aldridge took our top 4 spots and I feel pretty good about how it worked out. Two out of the four made the Indiana All Star team and you could make a legit argument for a third. I can imagine one or two of these players having a shot @ the Indiana All Star team next June. Also to note these are based more on the positions they will be playing for their high school team and not so much at the next level. Let’s go ahead and get started on our month- plus long journey into player rankings.
