Power Rankings Week 1

At the end of each week of the following Tuesday morning I thought I’d do a top 20 Power Rankings regardless of class. The big winner this week would have to be Plainfield who took down the #6 rated Noblesville Millers and showed they’re a real contender in 4A South moving into my Top 5. Also, 2A Parke Heritage moved into my Top 20 with a last second win over previous #19 Terre Haute North. Ben Davis will have the biggest drop after going 0-2 during Week 1 of the season going from #9 to #16. The Giants have plenty of opportunities on their schedule to move up throughout the season. Some teams haven’t played yet and some have played a few so there’s lots of season left to move up or down. Let’s get to it.
